  I accompanied my nephew to by a car from this garage. The service was good and the staff friendly and helpful. The purchase went through and my nephew was very happy with the car. He took all the extras offered to ensure he bought a good car to last him a couple of years.
  All went downhill from there, today was the agreed date for pick up. 9:30 my nephew had a phone call to ask if he could wait a bit longer before he picks up the car, the reason they gave was they hadn't had time to get it valleted ?? My nephew said they had promised he could pick it up today and he took time off work . They agreed he could come in later today, he did and when he arrived they had lost the log book and the car could not be taxed so he could not take it. He then said he would take his old car and wait until everything was sorted out. The salesman told him his car had already gone to be sold and he couldn't have it back. Rubbish !
  The garage then arranged a courtesy car for one week.
  Terrible service on a young person who does know enough about lying car salesmen to object.
